I was wondering about this, after hearing of it a lot. A serious crime such as a murder is committed, then when on trial, sometimes it's the murderer, other times it's an innocent person, but they are quick to be blamed due to how they come off as emotionally withdrawn and almost robotic. Now this was personally scary to me, because that's what I do under stress. I become very apathetic and detached. Despite that, I'm a sensitive, pacifistic person, who believes in the law. I thought to myself, so if I just happened to be a suspect for murder I could go to prison simply because the jury and or Judge, thought I was guilty based upon my emotional response?

Okay, so when the playstation network went down, I decided I might as well as have some fun and do some glitches while I can. (I've never done glitches before, I just saw one on youtube and really wanted to try it). So I deleted the updates and glitched my little heart out. I realized it was really, really boring. So when the PSN got back up, I wanted to play my favorite map so badly, (deleting the updates made my DLC go away) but then my heart sank like lead when I found out that the Playstation store was down... I really want to play Ascension THIS weekend, and the ps store wont be back up until May 24. Is there any way I can download it without having to go to the ps store??? PLEASE HELP ME!

Are there laws surrounding underage children living in detached quarters from their parents?

My 7 year old son just moved to a new house with his mother and her new boyfriend. His mom is living/sleeping in the detached garage with her boyfriend while my son and his two siblings (his nine year old sister, and his 11 year old brother) live and sleep in the main house. I'm uncomfortable with this arrangement. Does anyone know if there are any laws that define this kind of situation in California?
