My mytouch 4g was perfect for about a month, why did it get glitchy?

It use to be super fast and the keyboard never glitched out, but now its so slow, my camera is choppy, and I constantly have to restart it. I don't download much apps and I clean it up like twice a month. What's going on? And what can I do to fix the issue?
