Please help me, i have a problem at Fallout NV On the Quest "Still in the Dark"?

dude the same thing has happened to me, found all the components, checked loads of times, even went back to all the places, iv now waited a week, did loads of other quests and nothing. its really annoying cus i want them to join the ncr. and i have it on xbox so i cant use console codes. lets just hope a update will b on live soon
