How do you remove naked bodies glitch on Sims 3?

I was downloading looks for my Sims 3 game, so I went on to change the looks of my current household when I noticed that it had downloaded naked female bodies. I never purposely downloaded them, and when my kids grow up they sometimes have that as an outfit, then it glitches my game until I change them. I just had a baby and it's glitched, I think it's because of this. I tried to remove it but I can't find it to uninstall, how do I fix this? How do I avoid it again, and why is it there?
