Playstation Store Glitch with Free Items?

So I heard the playstation store was back up on June 2nd for North America I think, so I went to the store to get the things you were suppose to be able to get, but a message comes up I have never saw before at the store, error code (80....) something with a bunch of numbers, then i tried again and I was able to get on, and now I ccant get the welcome back package at the store, no message no nothing. Then I tried my original account that was made earliest, so I had to go through the process of changing the password, and when I try to it says te same error code everytime I try changing it, and exits me from the new password setup, so now I have two problems, I can' get the free stuff that i want, and i can't access my old account that has a bunch of stuff i downloaded, over 200 dollars in items, and I was thinking of getting a new ps3, because it is really old, and bad, glitched freezes a lot. Mybe that could have something to do with it
