Do I have somebody watching over me?

Tonight I have been Skyping with a bunch of friends once they had to go, I closed my Skype and knew it was closed because I checked the task manager. While I was bored I went on YouTube to watch random videos and one of these videos I clicked were very quiet, to the point where I had to turn on maximum volume to hear the speech. However when the video was done I was still on maximum volume and I had realize that I heard typing noises on my speakers. I found it odd because previously my webcam would open by itself but it stopped for a couple weeks now. Just to make sure I thought Skype glitched so I recalled a friend and told him not to talk and I still heard the noises. I know that it isn't Skype because you can't run 2 calls at once. I ran 2 scans one from AVG AntiVirus and one from NOD ESET Antivirus 4. They both came out clean with no trojans or viruses. I even closed my browser to check if it was advertisement on the side, the typing kept on going. So I had a theory I might have somebody watching me so I tried disconnecting the internet and once I did that the typing stopped so I am wondering if its a backdoor trojan hidden from my taskmanger and how do I get rid of it? Thanks
