How do I continue the waters of life quest, fallout 3 glitched?

I was doing the main storyline quest the waters of life. When I got done doing the fuses and clearing out the pipe, I killed the enclave inside, and it said for me to go back to the command center. I see Dr. Li on the outside, and dad, and Colonel Autumn. They just stand there, and colonel autumn just stares at me. Is there something else I need to do, because i can't interact with them on the inside of the door. Dr. li says What are they doing when i speak to her. Does the filtration thing on the side of the door have anything to do with it? I'm confused as hell.
