How do i open the console commands in Fallout New Vagas on the 360?

The quest wheel of fortune glitched and i cannot speak to logan, and when i kill him he doesn't drop the searchlight fire station key, how do i open up the console commands on my 360 so i can input the key into my inventory? Im not looking to mod my xbox or my game i just want the damn key so i can get the knock knock.
