Is Yahoo Downgrading?

Lately I've noticed that Yahoo is either not fixing glitched features or removing ones that I need. For example, I am no longer able to post videos on my Yahoo Pulse blog. And My Yahoo got rid of the television listings feature. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks in advance.
