Marvel Ultimate Alliance Xbox 360 Glitched Characters?

Hey guys i'm playing C0-0P w/ a friend and collecting all the Simulator Discs. I'm going for 1250/1250G and i'm at Asgard right now. My problem is all the unlockable characters are glitching out on me. First Dr. Strange and now I looked and Ghost Rider also has not unlocked for me. We also collected all the action figures we need to unlock DareDevil and Black Panther and DareDevil unlocked but Black Panther is still locked but not for my C0-0P partner. I am wondering what I can do to unglitch them or fix this.
