My halo reach weekly challenge glitched I guess.?

Anything like that that happens is an error on Bungie's end. Everybody's ranks, stats, challenges, etc, are stored on Bungie's servers so that people can't hack or tamper with anything. Aside from contacting Bungie about it, there's really nothing you can do about it, unfortunately...
