My poptropica account glitched?

I was int he new island wild west and I returned to the dusty gulch halfway through the game and now it keeps telling me to help the exhausted rider and he's no where to be found i check the whole town HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please i have beaten all the islands and do not want to create a new account
