Sims 2 Glitched floor?

I have all of the expansion and stuff packs. My game looked fine until it started putting random images as the grass (such as hair textures, the roads, floor tiles). I have a laptop, however I aced the Canyourunit.com test. For extra info, I have an MSI A6200 with a Intel Pentium P6000 CPU. I have heard of deleting the cache files, but I forgot where they are.. :P Any help is appreciated!
