Where can i get the pokemon black/white rom for my r4?

i have an r4i gold from "r4i-gold.com" (with the dash in between, there's another website that i can get kernels that is the same thing without the dash, but those kernels don't work for my r4i) and i was wondering if anyone knew where i could get the pokemon black/white that would work with my r4i, also if you knew where pokemon soul silver/heart gold rom was. i did find both of these roms but the black/white doesn't work at all and my r4 tells me that it can't load it, and the other one is glitched really bad. so if anyone with the same type of r4i gold knew where to get these roms that worked could let me know that would be nice:)
