Why isn't my twitter account availiable for people to see?

Hey Ive now made 2 twitter accounts to see if it was glitched. But both are unfindable for other to find. If i search myself i dont come up either? Why is this? I don't understand why its doing this. Please help anyone that knows why this is happening thanks.
