Windows xp home and pro installed on (c:)local disk?

I have windows xp professional (What is use, but is extremely slow) And i have windows xp home edition that been installed on the same hard drive ( Which is unused ) I want to delete the home edition so i only have pro installed on it. Is there a way of doing this? Thanks :)
