LG Rumor Touch glitched and says "Hello" constantly any way to fix it?

I have a LG Rumor Touch and Virgin Mobile USA as my service provider. I was just testing out the voice command to call one of my friends, I said his name and when it said did you say (Friends Name) I said Yes, and then the red light came on, and it just kept on saying "Hello" like when you turn the phone on, and every 20 seconds the buttons light up and then turn off after 5 seconds, I'm trying everything to change it and can't find anything. Currently I'm waiting for it to lose battery then charge it and turn it back on. Please anything will help.
